There are many things you can do to get involved in the eBay Stores Sidewalk Sale, from simply adding the current letter code to some listings to spreading the news about the eBay Stores Sidewalk Sale.

There are 2 required steps, and 3 optional ones. Try one or try them all, whatever you are comfortable with!

2. - Required - Add a link of the eBay Stores Sidewalk Sale search results to your AM (About Me) page.

1. Add the current letter code to the description of a couple of your store items to have them included in the eBay Stores Sidewalk Sale search. (Case doesn't matter.) Please, no more than three a day, or ten a week, for a total of no more than 25. Let's keep it fresh and interesting! This letter code will change at least once a year. To stay included in the search results, be sure to change the code when you receive notice that it has changed.

Here's how it works:

Any ebay store owner is welcome to participate in the Sidewalk Sale. All you need to do is add the current letter code to a few select store item descriptions.

We request that stores do not add more than 3 items per day (adding numerous store items with the same ending date will inundate the search result pages). In regard to this matter, please show consideration for your fellow sellers & the overall appearance/presentation of the Sidewalk Sale.

Although the items are not necessarily required to be discounted... it would be logical (and consistent with the fundamental concept of a Sidewalk Sale) if you can select items of exceptional value.

This is basically an ebay business referral group which provides store owners additional exposure by utilizing a pre-canned Stores search.

It's your option to actively participate in the promotion of the Sdealk Sale by joining the ME page network, or just add a few items to the sale.

We have established that the proposed linking strategy may be used on our about ME pages & scheduled Share Your Wares events.
